Reporting to the Head FVIII hemophilia program and Portfolio Management, you will ensure a strong partnership with Global Brand Core Team, Global Medical Core Team and Regional Marketing Organizations and countries.
KEY MISSIONS AND TASKS:
You are responsible for aligning with the brand manager on new brand messages and updating global branding materials production together with the agency involved. You will support the brand manager in aligning on Brand messages evolution and in creating new brand materials for promotional use together with the Agency involved
You are also responsible for ensuring the project management and launching/enrolling an educational Web-based program to the countries, including tailoring it to country specific needs.
You contribute to the development of roll out and go-to market plans per country for the nurse education project and you are in charge of the following tasks:
- Prepare annual budget request; monitor and re-evaluate budgetary needs for brand materials and the nurse education project
- Drive forward the project in order to keep countries engaged and to create benefit for commercialization
- Act as internal champion for the project
QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES :
Education & background:
High French or International Business schools degree (HEC, ESSEC etc.) and/or MBA with first brand marketing experience in an international company strongly desired.
High level degree in science, pharmacy, biotechnology followed by Executive MBA with first relevant experience in Global Marketing or Sales.
Strategic thinking; business acumen; analytical; budget management; project management.
Pharma business knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
Personal & interpersonal skills:
Proven ability to quickly adapt to new, intercultural and fast moving environment.
Autonomy while excellent team spirit and collaboration.
Curiosity, open mindset, quick learner; entrepreneurial/takes initiative:
Good communication and presentation skills.
