Job Description:

Poste et missions:

The Internal Controller VIE will work in conjunction with the central IA&IC team in Dubai to roll out the IA&IC roadmap defined for the region.

* Participate in any LVMH and (COMPANY NAME) Internal Control requirement

* Contribute to any Head Office audit defined by the EME region

* Be part of conducting the store audits across the region in line with the EME guidelines and the local

(COMPANY NAME) Middle East store audit calendar

* Follow-up on the resolution of any store audit Action Plan

* Conducting controls part of the Closing Checklist

* Conduct monthly store audits across OGCC region in line with the store audit calendar

* Preparation of the monthly store audit dashboard with results and Action Plans follow-up

* Continuous Monitoring of the front and back-office processes and controls, including but not limited to:

* Monthly supervision of the result of the cycle count procedures in the region

* Monthly review of the shrinkage report - investigate any abnormal ratio

* Monthly review of the Store Sales Reconciliation - follow-up on any material shortage

* Fraud Investigations

* Root cause analysis to breaches, frauds, or attempts of fraud

* Collate facts & figures to support any proven breach

* Formalization of each fraud alert through the Fraud Declaration Form

* Support the IA&IC team in any necessary Internal Audit, Internal Control, and Fraud task

Candidate Requirements:

*Outstanding communication skills, both English writing and verbal, Arabic and French is a real plus
*Excellent active listening skills and persuasive force in all circumstances within an international context
*Strong ability to understand transverse processes and demonstrate synthetic presentation skills
*Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodology, and tools
*Team planer, motivator and able to work collaboratively with and through others
*Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
*Resilient and tenacious
*Organized and hands-on
*Problem-solving mindset
*Good knowledge of either SAP or Oracle is a real plus
