The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?
Our Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM) Business Group - North America (NAO) Division is looking for you as a VIE Deputy Program Manger (Ford) m/f for our Tech Center in Columbus, Indiana (USA).
Your role and responsibilities?
Your main missions will be to
Track via Digital dashboard Helios Key Process Indicators for Ford Customer Business Unit
Coordinate and Manage Customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) tracker data, Micro strategy data reporting for Ford CBU (PT/MPT) and Customer Build on Time Delivery (OTD). Log/Maintain/Summarize and report Digital files
Work on project team to improve Customer Tooling Management
Coordinate with Program Managers and Platform Manager all cost reduction projects rigorous follow-up
Establish some small project scheduling for program projects and its follow up
Collect the Program documentation (Business Plan, Risks & Opportunities analysis, Program Dashboard, PLR (Program Launch Report), Launch Tracking Performance Report, and KPI indicators) for the Program Manager and conducts review meeting on these topics when necessary
The mission will last 12 months.
Who are you?
Master's degree in engineering or in business administration
Fluent in English
