To support our rapid growth, we're looking for a motivated Lean Manufacturing Project Leader to transform and improve our plant operations in West Chester. Job Description Join us for an international experience in the heart of innovation! Your mission: Shape the future of our production site! As a Lean Manufacturing Project Leader, you'll be the driving force behind process optimization and efficiency improvements at our facility. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyze & Define Goals --Map material and information flows to identify optimization opportunities. --Set clear performance targets with the Technical Director (e.g., reduce waste, improve ergonomics, boost productivity). - Lead Key Improvement Projects --Implement Lean methodologies like 5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping. --Ensure sustainable improvements that benefit both operations and employees. - Engage & Train Teams --Lead collaborative workshops and empower teams to drive change. --Train employees on Lean tools, best practices, and mindset. -Support & Stabilize Changes --Drive the physical transformation of production areas. --Track progress and implement corrective actions to maintain long-term success

Candidate Requirements:

Who are we looking for? - Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Minimum of 2 years' experience in Lean Manufacturing. - Strong skills in problem-solving, process improvement, and change management. - Ability to engage, train, and lead teams from shop floor to management. - Fluent in English (spoken & written)
