Job Description
You are joining the Management Control Europe team within the Finance department of Natixis Investment Managers, which is looking for a Management Control Assistant, for an alternation of 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Support for the reconciliation process of intra-company operations between group affiliates;
* Participation in the monthly, quarterly, annual closing phases and in the budget and forecast phases;
* Participation in the analysis of closure data (P&L, AUM and staff);
* Participation in the department's various projects;
* Communication with the management controllers based in Paris and Boston;
* Drafting activity reports and materials on the group's main KPIs for management;
* Communication with affiliates (financial departments, management controllers, etc.) / assistance in the finance process;
* Maintenance, development and improvement of Excel models used to build financial reports and analyses on the scope and by company (income statement, assets under management, staff...).
