Job Description:

The Role Holder Will Be Responsible For

* Monitoring capital calls following client subscriptions.
* Ensuring the proper execution and registration of transactions with issuers and/or registrars.
* Processing subscription transactions within UBS books, including the update of commitments and capital calls.
* Processing distribution payments and related cash events.
* Monitoring the onboarding and security setup of new Private Equity products issued by A&S in coordination with the Static Data team.
* Ensuring the timely update of Net Asset Values (NAVs) in coordination with the Static Data team.
* Reconciling positions held in UBS systems against issuer and registrar records.
* Coordinating and monitoring asset transfer activities related to Private Equity investments, ensuring accurate booking and settlement of transfers.
* Managing settlement activities and following up on outstanding transactions with custodians, registrars, issuers and counterparties.
* Processing and monitoring Corporate Actions affecting Private Equity and other alternative investment products, including mandatory and voluntary events where applicable.
* Investigating and resolving breaks, discrepancies and exceptions identified during processing, reconciliation or settlement activities.
