Job Title - Government Apprentice / Company Apprentice / Diploma Engineering Trainee

Requirements
* 0-1 years of experience working in Production, Line assembly, Quality
* Basic knowledge and experience of Manufacturing / Operational process
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to multitask
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Knowledge in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools is an added advantage
* Business understanding about his specific area (also based on the economical evaluations)
* Ability to provide feedback both orally and in writing
* Basic knowledge in operation, production (lean manufacturing and 5 S principles), quality (Six sigma), logistics and supply chain management
* Good problem-solving skills and strong process discipline

* Optimize direct working hours à reduction of indirect hours with the best use of the resources
* Ideas and suggestions in own area (IMS and PDCA)
