About the role:

Our Australian Flow Credit Sales desk plays a crucial role in the primary and secondary distribution of corporate bonds, CDS, asset-backed securities, and structured credit solutions.

As a Credit Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our credit market activities. Your responsibilities will include:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, insurance companies, asset managers, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth funds.
* Credit Analysis: Engage in discussions involving credit analysis, considering global economic factors and market trends.
* Collaboration: Work closely with investment banking teams and local/global trading desks.
* Product Spectrum: Cover a wide range of AUD and global credit products, from investment-grade to distressed credit.
What we look for:
We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won't necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you'll need to build a career with us.

Interested candidates should have:
* An interest in finance and economics, either as part of your degree or extra-curricular activities.
* A strong interest in credit in credit markets and macro/micro-environmental factors.
* Some experience in coding, VBA or other languages.

To be eligible for the Graduate Programme you must:
* Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st January 2024 and 31st Jan 2025.
* Be able to start full time work in February 2025, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
* Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
