Job Description:

The Team "Labour Relations, Fundamental Issues and HR Compliance" is responsible for the strategic design and steering of all working conditions within (COMPANY NAME) AG. In this challenging and attractive working environment the team has the responsibility to negotiate regulations with the works council. Constant exchange with our partners in both the Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm plants as well as with partners all over the world are part of our daily business.

Creativity, an open-mind, internationality, and strategic thinking are the base of our work. Moreover, the Team "Labour Relations, Fundamental Issues and HR Compliance" is responsible for questions of salary, corporate Citizenship and HR Compliance.

The department "Labour Relations Neckarsulm" is responsible for all topics regarding labour law and site-specific working conditions in Neckarsulm. Next to other topics the department is responsible for designing, negotiating, and implementing the working conditions on the basis of the law, collective bargaining agreement, works agreements in close coordination with the corresponding functions within the Labour Relations department at the Ingolstadt site. With this responsibility the department "Labour Relations Neckarsulm" is an important player in the development of the (COMPANY NAME) AG as an attractive employer and lays the foundation of a successful transformation.
# You will complete a first project within your target field "Labour Relations Neckarsulm"
# In course of the program you will work independently on up to four more projects in various divisions of the company, one of them at a VW Group brand abroad. Throughout these assignments you will get to know process partners and interfaces for your future position
# In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g. assembly)
# You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community
# After completing the program, you will take on your position in the target field "Labour Relations Neckarsulm"
# University degree from an accredited university in in Master of Law (Labour Law), Business Law, Business Administration with comprehensive knowledge of law or similar required
# Above-average academic performance
# Previous work experience with German labour law is a plus.
# Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic program through internships or a semester abroad
# Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships
# Fluent English and German (at least B2+)
