Your responsibilities as an Italian Customer Service Representative will include:

-You will receive inquiries via inbound calls or chats within a busy customer service team
-You will act as the first point of contact for all Italian language speaking clients
-You will undertake some data entry via software programs
-You will offer solutions to common technical problems or frequently asked questions

Candidate Requirements:

The requirements required for this Italian Customer Service Representative position include: 

-You should be a native or near native Italian speaker 
-You should have good level of the English language
-You should be tech savvy with fast typing and be results orientated
-You should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Team spirit and a customer service mindset
