Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within (COMPANY NAME) for newly graduates. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2024. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the (COMPANY NAME) organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of (COMPANY NAME) to explore your potential and grow as a person. Are you passionate about Project Portfolio management and willing to support business decision making and process improvements? Then the role of Programme Portfolio Analyst might be the next step for you. As Programme Portfolio Analyst you will join the Programme Portfolio team within the Development and Technology organisation and will be responsible to analyse budgets, schedules, work plans, resources requirements, and cost estimates and projections for a portfolio of projects. You will also develop and implement plans to communicate and explain project portfolio methodologies, and make presentations to senior leaders, interested groups and team members in (COMPANY NAME)
This is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy.

What you will do

* Align programs, projects and operations to strategic objectives
* Work with program/project teams and the business organisations and participate in the prioritisation cycle of new projects/initiatives
* Monitor progress, budgets and schedules of a portfolio of projects
* Communicate with business and program/project stakeholders
* Develop criteria and proposal for projects' portfolio evaluation
* Creates rules and procedures for making portfolio decisions
* Compiles and distributes portfolio status reports, budget expenditures, etc

We believe you have

* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics or Mathematics os Statistics or Physics.
* Exceptional analytical thinking and problem solving
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Being a team player with the ability to manage and delegate to others and take on responsibilities
* Educational experience in project management in agile/matrix organisations
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, good knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus
* Fluent English skills required (writing and speaking)
