Job Description:

· This is a 6 -month Contract position. · Candidates must be able to start immediately. · May be absorbed to a permanent position at the end of contract subject to performance. Candidate's main role is to handle and respond to customer requests, exceptions, inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, promote and respond to question about (COMPANY NAME) / TNT products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction through incoming calls. When necessary, he/she will also be expected to solve customers' problems and complaints. Customer Support, Hub Operations, Account Creation, Basic Process Onboarding, Bookings, Inquiry, Providing Quotes, Complaint Handling, Issue Resolution, Case Management, Service Recovery, Pro-active Prevention, Claims Handling, Escalated Issue Resolution, Enquiry, Enquiries (Ad Hoc), Basic Complaint Handling, Basic Issue Resolution · Minimum Education: Diploma · Fresh graduates with no experience are also encouraged to apply. · Those with secondary school education with at least 1 year experience are also eligible to apply. · Able to articulate and speak well in English. · Possess excellent communication, customer service, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills · Working hours: Minimum 44 working hours per week excluding meal break (Paid Overtime available) · Working days: Mon - Sat (Off on Sunday) · Available to work on Public Holidays (Public Holiday OT rates available) Australia market working hours - Shift starts at 5 am / 6 am At (COMPANY NAME) Express, we believe that a connected world is a better world.
