Are you seeking an opportunity to gain a broad understanding of how the different Finance teams operate and are connected with each other? And at the same time develop business & leadership skills needed to make your mark?
The mix of business diagnostics and projects on European Level you will work on being an Associate within the Finance stream of our two-year rotational European Graduate Program will provide exposure to different fields and career progression options, giving you optimal opportunity to discover your niche!
But it is not only about getting a Finance expert - working on varying assignments with real, hands-on responsibilities integral to our business will ensure that you have the opportunity to develop not only the analytical, but also the business & leadership skills needed to accelerate your career!
Your tasks may include activities such as:
* Support our different functions like Procurement, Commercial and Operations by conducting business diagnostics and analysis
* Participate in month-end reporting as well as quarterly forecasting and annual planning
* Involvement in Financial Expenditure and Finance projects on European level

Qualifications

What we expect from you!
* University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Business / Economics field
* First relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), preferably in an international manufacturing environment
* A good level of English
