Job title - Finance Trainee
Location - Maastricht, Netherlands
Job model - Hybrid (3 days a week on site)

Welcome to the Finance Graduate Program, location Maastricht! A paid, full-time experience while finishing your studies & getting first work experience. During the 2-year program we will take you on an exciting journey into the heart of finance within dsm-firmenich, with assignments in two different finance departments in our Maastricht office.

Your key responsibilities

* Join the team and get real-life, hands-on experience of the day to day activities of one of our finance teams from analysis & reporting to presentation & stakeholder management
* Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and organize financial and operational data from internal systems. Assist in validating KPIs, supporting monthly and quarterly reviews
* Ad-hoc Tasks & Project Involvement: Support various finance initiatives including process improvement, compliance checks, and cross-functional collaboration under supervision
* Meeting Coordination & Follow-up: Help prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track follow-ups, and coordinate communication across global stakeholders
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

* Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary starting at EUR36,000 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

* A finished bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
