Become a future leader of Securities Services

This summer analyst program is the gateway into our two-year rotational program that offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive, end-to-end knowledge of the Securities Services business. You will spend your summer in one of our key business areas.
If you receive an offer to join full-time, you'll participate in three eight month rotations, covering areas such as Client Services, Product Development and Operations. This program is designed to establish a strong foundation in the key disciplines of Securities Services so that you will be able to take on significant responsibilities and projects within the business upon completion of the program.

What you'll do

Who we're looking for

What we offer

You will develop your analytical, technical and leadership skills while gaining hands on project management experience in your role. You will work with seasoned managers in your location and have exposure to global teams across all areas of Securities Services. The full-time program also gives you the opportunity to experience business trips in an office outside of your base location.

Additionally, you will have regular engagement and networking opportunities with business leaders, the Analyst & Associate Development Council and Analyst & Associate Council members. You also have the support of a sponsor, program manager, as well as your direct manager.

You should have a strong interest in finance, project management, emerging technologies, data governance and analytics, and use of digital tools to drive innovation. Key skills

We're looking for individuals with excellent project management and problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. You will be working with teams across multiple lines of business in many different counties so strong communication skills are a must. You also will need the ability to collect and synthesize large amounts of detailed information and use it to propose and deliver innovative solutions. We want people who value continuous learning and look forward to opportunities that challenge them to grow.

In this program you'll get an in-depth look into one of the business areas of Securities Services while gaining exposure to the full end-to-end business.

On-the-job experience

You'll work with experienced managers and team members on priority initiatives that span across all aspects of Securities Services. You will have the opportunity to work across business areas within the Corporate and Investment Bank and colleagues around the globe.

Training

As a summer analyst you will have programing created to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the business and have access to all of our Securities Services University courses.

As a full-time analyst, you will cultivate and hone new skills through an ongoing training curriculum and program analysts will participate in a 2-week bootcamp in New York. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in leadership trainings designed for your analyst class.

Career Progression

Upon successful completion of the summer program, you will receive an offer to join our two year Securities Services Leadership Full-Time Rotational Program.

At the conclusion of the two year program we will work with you to identify a permanent role within Securities Services
