Graduate - Validation Engineer

Job Description:

This opening is part of (COMPANY NAME)'s Graduate Program. The Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to gain enriching and diverse experiences and work side by side with experienced leaders to power your career. This position will be onsite in Andover, MA.
In your new role you will:

* Be responsible for bench validation of mixed-signal power ICs
* Develop innovative testing methods, and concepts, and optimize validation using automation
* Define bench validation plan and equipment setups
* Analyze data and work with design, test and applications engineering design to analyze results and root cause bugs

Candidate Requirements:

You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

* Graduated with a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or other related field in the last year
* Ability to start work on-site June or July 2024
* Basic understanding of both analog and digital circuits
* Power electronics background is a plus
* Familiarity with benchtop test equipment: Supplies, function generators, oscilloscopes, multimeters
* Experience in scripting languages (Labview, Python, etc)
* US citizen or green card holder: This position requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States.
