Your role, regardless of your title, will be to ensure the uncompromised service and safety of our residents and your colleagues.

About the Role
* Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will manage maintenance and grounds teams to oversee all ad hoc, preventative and necessary work in a timely and efficient manner including asset procurement and workplans
* Responsible for developing and overseeing a preventative maintenance plan for the Property, revising where necessary and conducting regular checks on all operating equipment
* Coordinate, liaise with and supervise staff and external contractors that provide a 24 hour service, to ensure all work activities are carried out
* Seek to implement procedures to assist in improving the efficiency of repairs and maintenance to maintain acceptable costs and high standards.
* Provide leadership and direction to maintenance Team Members to ensure maintenance requests are actioned efficiently

About you
* Trade Apprenticeship and/or Engineering Qualification required
* Significant relevant experience in asset management of multi dwelling site with responsibility of indoor and outdoor space
* Demonstrated knowledge of regulations and building codes governing the construction and repair of buildings and multi dwelling sites
* Committed to team spirit and staff development
* Diligent and adherence to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements
* Full Victorian Drivers licence required, LF or LO ticket preferred
* First Aid certificate is desired

About the Victorian Quarantine Hub
Temporary residents will occupy dedicated units, affording them space and services to complete a mandated quarantine period with dignity, and if we do our job right, delight. Your role, regardless of your title will be to ensure the uncompromised service and safety of our residents and your colleagues. You will be provided with not only the necessary training and PPE equipment (Masks are a must at all times) you will also be inducted into a workplace with people at its core. (COMPANY NAME) knows how to make people feel welcome and it all starts with you! This will be a role that looks and feels different to any you've had before, whether you have hospitality experience or not.

To maintain the safety of all staff and residents, all team members will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and variants.
