The Opportunity:

(COMPANY NAME) is hiring interns to join the team in 2021! As the Sales Operations intern, you will use strong data analysis skills to define market strategy, identify market opportunities, and drive sales success. The role will focus on driving incremental revenue out of Australia and New Zealand's Digital Media customer base, partnering with local sales leadership and operations teams to find opportunity and execute sales plays across (COMPANY NAME)'s key strategic verticals. The position will be based in Sydney and will be part of the Digital Media B2B sales team, across both Enterprise and Small & Mid-Sized Business.

What you'll do:

* In depth data analysis, manipulation and simplification to define sales addressable market
* Partner with the Sales Ops lead and regional sales leader in the day-to-day running of the business
* Support business reviews, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, using pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required
* Provide insights through detailed revenue and product analysis
* Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel

What you need to succeed:

* Suitable for a student going into their final year of tertiary studies, ideally in Commerce or a related field ie will graduate in 2022
* Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week for six months
* Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen based in Sydney
* A keen interest in market strategy and how data can drive optimal decision making
* Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
* Comfortable with working on large/complex data sets and advanced excel skills.
* "Can do / Will do" attitude in supporting the business
* Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused
* Excellent verbal, written communication skills, ability to present complex ideas to diverse audience
* Ability to be successful working in highly matrixed organization

Nice to have:

* Experience using Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBi or Tableau
* Understanding of CRM tools and systems, especially SFDC and business intelligence reporting tools
