The internship position is located in the Office of the Chief, Human Resources Management Service (HRMS), Division for Management (DM), (COMPANY NAME) Office at Vienna (UNOV)/(COMPANY NAME) Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and envisaged for a period for 3 to 6 months with a starting date as soon as possible.

The internship is UNPAID and full-time; i.e. 5 days per week (40 hours). The selected intern will work under the supervision of the Chief, HRMS.

* Assists with the expansion of the UNOV/UNODC Internship Programme to attract persons with disabilities also to other UNOV and UNODC Offices and with external outreach to identify eligible candidates, including on social media;
* Conducts research on internship practices to attract persons with disabilities across international organizations in order to identify best practices, defines local success criteria and assists in the implementation of low hanging fruit;
* Supports the Office of the Chief, HRMS in the design and implementation of special projects;
* Analyses HR data and policies and presents the results in various formats;
