Would you like to work for Europe's leading fintech company? We are looking for hands-on interns to come join our international team. As an intern at (COMPANY NAME), you won't be fetching coffees, you'll be getting full insights into working in a fast-paced scale-up, learning from the best in the industry! We also offer team bootcamps to learn more about the agile work environment, task management, blockchain technology and more!

Your Mission
During your time at (COMPANY NAME), you will help us to improve our social media channels in various ways. Part of your mission will be to help our users with their questions and further strengthen our community.
What you'll do
* Utilise email or live chat to respond to client requests regarding issues with their account or the platform
* Manage the documentation processes and improve it for your assigned topics by integrating new content and/or adapting outdated parts
* Be the voice of the related user groups, evaluate feedback and take responsibility for internal escalation within the Community team
Who are you
* Passionate about blockchain and FinTech
* Be a team player and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment
* Experience with Telegram and other Social Media Channels
* Excellent writing and communication skills in English and German are required (C2 level), any additional languages are a plus
