This role will heavily support the roll out of a new tool in the area of master data maintenance. This includes activities such as tool testing, preparation of training material, update of existing SharePoint content & to ensure close collaboration & communication with our markets & our Global IT Team. Next to this, the role will support several ad hoc initiatives in Master Data Management, Sales Data Integration & Sales Data Visualisation.RESPONSIBILITIES

MASTER OF THE DATA

In this exciting internship, you'll be responsible for the roll out of a new tool, therefore you'll support in tool testing, preparing and updating training material as well as updating existing share point content.

SUPPORT

In this role you'll support the entire change management process for the introduction of the new tool, as well as ad hoc requests in aster Data Management, Sales Data integration & sales Data Visualization.

Strong analytical ability and a strong affinity to systems & data

Advanced MS-Office skills (especially MS excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Structured, organized, good communication skills & team player

Any experience on production of user training(s) & user communications etc.

Technical skills: Data Preparation, Excel skills
*
Preferred but not required: R-coding, SQL
*
Advanced undergraduate students, post graduate students or recent graduates (Bachelor/Master degree).
*
Fluency in English, any additional language is a plus
