The Program\n\n
The Young Graduate Development\nProgram is a three-year rotational program designed to introduce recent\ngraduates to all aspects of the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain in Beerse or\nGeel. The trainee will be assigned to any of the following organizations:\n\n
ˇ Janssen Supply Chain Beerse -\nPharmaceutical Production\n\n
ˇ Janssen Supply Chain Geel - Chemical\nProduction\n\n
ˇ Clinical Supply Chain\n\n
ˇ Deliver \n\n
ˇ Engineering & Property Services \n\n
During the\nfirst two years the trainee yearly rotates within the assigned organization and\ngets the opportunity to gain experience in different functional areas, such as\nProduction, Quality, Planning, Engineering, Technical Operations and\nProcurement. The third year consists of a final placement. Each rotation is\ntailored to the trainee's talent and development opportunities and the business\nneeds. Startdate will be September 2021. \n\n
Only\nstrategically important responsibilities are given to the trainee. The content\ndepends on the company's current strategy and the trainee's skill set. In\naddition to projects, the trainee will also be assigned a functional role\nwithin a specific department in order to get acquainted with the day-to-day workings from different\nperspectives. In this\nway, the trainee will get to know the organization and build an internal\nnetwork. By creating\na general overview of the business, the young graduate will be ready for a new\nchallenge within the Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain organization. \n\n
The Support\n\n
The trainee receives support for\nevery project and can count on the experience of his or her Assignment Manager\nwithin the assigned functional department. \n\n
Moreover, the Program focuses on personal\ndevelopment. Throughout the rotations the trainee is coached by a Development\nManager, focusing on a tailor-made development plan to fit his or her ambitions\nand aspirations. Both hard and soft skills, internal and external opportunities\nare offered to prepare the trainee for a successful further career. \n


ˇ You will obtain a Master's degree in 2021 and have a strong interest in Production & Supply Chain. Preferred fields of study are Engineering, Bio-Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Chemistry or Industrial Pharmacy. However, the Program is open to any motivated young graduate.
ˇ An additional Master in Management is considered as a plus to develop the necessary business acumen.
ˇ You have an innate drive to make the difference and achieve results. Thanks to your analytical skills you manage to understand complex issues and related business needs.
ˇ We expect decisiveness, brainpower and drive to deal with various issues and projects simultaneously.
ˇ Thanks to your communicative and interpersonal skills you manage to work together with different levels of our organization.
ˇ You are fluent in English and Dutch.
