(COMPANY NAME) is a young triathlon apparel brand created in 2020 in Brussels, Belgium. As passionate triathletes, we were frustrated by the current trisuit offer on the market. As we couldn't find the perfect one, we decided to make it. After one year of R&D, we launched our crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter in November including a more diversified collection to swim, bike, run and chill. We reached our funding goal in less than two hours.

We are the official partners of the Race Across Belgium ultra cycling event and we are hosting a podcast called (COMPANY NAME) Triathlon. (COMPANY NAME) means family in Hawaiian and our objective is to create the biggest family of triathletes in the world. Ready to join?

ABOUT THE JOB
Manage all product development, costing and sourcing activities, from proto samples to final packaging
Manage all Go to Market Calendar development activities across all phases of development to ensure dates are met
Help execute sourcing strategies to constantly lower environmental footprint
Optimize procurement costs by assessing packaging, alternate materials, new providers, etc. May negotiate pricing with vendors for raw materials and finished goods
Manage inventory
Manage suppliers relationships and help resolve quality issues

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
The internship should last a minimum of three months starting in January/February 2021
The internship is not remunerated but you will get:

Bachelor's Degree in apparel industry or related work experience in apparel production and product development experience, sport category preferred, a big bonus if you also have graphics experience
You're able to juggle several job responsibilities and learn fast
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for active lifestyle
