About the position
As an intern, you will be reporting to the Global Lead of Implementation Services and join a small team of defined subject matter experts (SMEs) with a mission to enable the entire team to provide the best customer experience possible. Potential topics and responsibilities
PS Content curation
PS professionals live very close to our customer base. We are the team the customer engages with to start their sales enablement journey. It is expected that we provide and share our knowledge, best practices out of their industry and overall tips and tricks.
The PS team has a continuous topic list (specific challenges, best practice sharing, overall methodology guidelines, etc.) which needs creation, updating or refreshing. As an intern you will support PS management with curating, assigning and managing selected topics from creation to realisation.
Training and certification
As an intern you will join a small team of defined subject matter experts with a mission to establish a training and certification framework for both internal teams and (COMPANY NAME) partners.
Tasks might include analysing/updating existing training content to fit the framework, surveying pilots trainees and summarising feedback, creating new training material.
You will be trained and treated as an implementation consultant. You will have the opportunity to support other implementation consultants executing on live customer projects.
