What you'll do:

* Work on end-to-end recruiting processes, from the positions alignment meeting with Hiring Managers to the candidate's job acceptance;

* Act as a trust advisors of Hiring Managers, working together with Business Partners to define positions scope and write assertive job descriptions;

* Provide periodic feedback to Hiring Managers regarding recruiting processes status;

* Make candidate sourcing in partnership with head hunters, generate organic applications through (COMPANY NAME)'s Careers Page, and search good profiles through Linkedin;

* Propose and master different hiring methods combining various methods, such as structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions;

* Conduct hiring processes for (COMPANY NAME)'s Brazil and US offices;

* Develop projects for Employer Branding, and lead one of the company's EB strategic pillars;

* Run trainee recruiting processes with large number of candidates;

What We Need You to Have:

* Pro-active attitude to search and implement processes' improvement opportunities;

* Consultative approach to help Hiring Managers on defining job description requirements and building truthfully recruiting processes;

* Build organized and transparent recruitment processes;

* Fluent english level for speaking, writing, listening and reading;

* Have direct experience on conducting recruiting processes for US teams;

* Cross functional knowledge to support Business and Tech positions;

* Experience on different types of recruiting processes, as for C-Level and strategic positions as well as for trainee/ internship positions;

It Would be Awesome if you had:

* Already worked in a startup environment during its scaling up process;

* Previous implemented and ran a big trainee program;

* Have familiarity with technology and might use it in order to improve/automate processes;
