This summer, (COMPANY NAME) Canada open its doors to you for a paid Summer Internship from May to August 2020.
During that time, the Interns will benefit from a program composed of several corporate events, including a welcoming session, training and presentation to Management.
We are looking for a Project Portfolio Management Intern to work on production and cross-functional projects that have an impact overall operations department.
The main role of the Project Portfolio Management Intern is to support the PPM team in 2 main areas:
* Assist in implementing and developing the FCOO project portfolio reporting and monitoring. This gives the portfolio view of around 100 projects, which is executed by a team of around 150 analysts and developers globally.
* Assess and improve the harmonization of the North America project methodology. This drives more consistent and better quality control/visualization.
TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE
* Thinks laterally to identify other sources of useful information and a problem solving approach to obstacles and barriers
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
* Effective communicator - ability to communicate clearly and concisely across different teams
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
