We have an opportunity for an Intern to join our HR department at Honeywell, in Brno. You will partner with a team of experienced HR partners as well as partner with cross-functional teams across the organization. You will learn HR functional expertise to support critical human resources objectives.
This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell.

Key responsibilities
* Support of projects led by HR department, mainly but not limited to Employee training & development.
* Administrative support, report creation and data validation, and assistance with other related activities of HR department
* By supporting the daily activities of HR department, get to know all aspects of HR work in a global company.
Key skills and qualifications
* Student of Master´s degree program with a focus on HR, Communication, Economics or Law
* Desire to develop your career in HR area is key, previous work experience in the respective area is a huge advantage.
* Fluency in Czech and English
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Good communication skills. Self-driven and highly motivated person who is able to work independently and proactively on the right priorities, solution-oriented approach to challenges
