About the department

Biopharm Business Support is responsible for Strategy, Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Finance, IT and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) across Biopharm consisting of 60 employees. We work closely with our production facilities in Denmark (Gentofte, Hillerød, Kirke Værløse and Kalundborg), our production facility in the US in New Hampshire, the central supply chain organisation, our global sales organisation, and the Biopharm headquarters in Zürich.

The position

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Support, you will become part of a small but highly experienced group focusing on strategic analysis, management processes and driving key projects.

As our new strategic analyst, you will be process owner for the Biopharm Business Plan, drive Risk Management across the organisation, and ensuring the best possible preparations for Business Review with the Executive Vice President of Product Supply, who is responsible for all production facilities in Novo Nordisk worldwide. You will drive key projects that set strategic direction, define ambitious goals, and prepares PS Biopharm for the future

We expect you to challenge and improve our existing processes and you will have direct impact on goal setting and running our visual management system.

The job requires a high degree of collaboration and making your influence matter across the organisation. You will work closely with both specialists and senior management and must be comfortable interacting extensively with stakeholders at all levels.

The home office is House of Biopharm in Gentofte, but you will frequently visit all sites of Biopharm.


* You hold a master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar.

* We expect you to have experience in collaboration positively with many different stakeholders on all organisational levels.

* As a person you are curious, open-minded and have a structured approach to problem solving without losing sight of the big picture.

* You work fact based and a are a team player that enjoy sparring with your colleagues.

* You are always ready to act and to take initiative if needed.

You will succeed in this role if you can meet the following criteria:

* You have relevant working experience, preferably from a similar position, internship, consultancy work or from the financial sector.

* Have experience in driving projects independently and have an analytic approach.

* Have a stakeholder management experience and excellent communications skills to approach different people across the organisation.

* You are fluent in English.
