We are looking for a talented person within our Label & DFU (directions for use) Set-up Team who is ready to take on the responsibility of developing and setting up the label package for the products used in clinical trials world-wide. Thereby, you will be part of making a difference for patients with chronic diseases across the world. The position will consist of mainly operational tasks and to some extend project tasks.
Your key operational responsibilities will be:
* Create and design labels
* Coordinate translations of label text with affiliates around the world
* Ensure that timelines are kept throughout the design and documentation flow
The role requires a strong quality mind-set as well as high attention to details.
You hold a degree in Science such as within Pharmacy, Industrial design, Engineering or in a similar field on at least a bachelor's level. You could be a recent graduate who completed the internships, or you might have a couple of years of experience within label design, although it is not a requirement. We will provide you with on-the-job training.
It is an advantage if you have:
* An understanding of technical drawings (e.g., diecuts), design manuals and are familiar with InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
* Knowledge of the label print process
* A good understanding within cLEAN, GMP and the pharma industry
* Knowledge about artwork demands for secondary packaging materials (e.g., labels, leaflets, cartons), the use of spot colours and proof-reading workflows within pharma, chemical or FMCG (e.g., food).
The role is carried out in collaboration with many different stakeholders internally and throughout the world so you must have good communication skills in both English and Danish. We are looking for an ambitious team player, who approaches new tasks with a can-do attitude.
About the department:
The Label & DFU Set-up team is part of the Clinical Supplies Trial Set-up department. The department consists of approx. 50 employees located in Måløv. The department is organised in three teams: Project and Trial Set-up, Supply Chain Set-up, and Label & DFU Set-up. Clinical Supplies in CMC Development is a key part of the R&eD organisation. Our responsibility is to support the global clinical supply chain by translating the trial protocol & scientific documents into packaging orders, labels, DFUs, trial master data and to prepare monitors and site staff for handling the trial supplies.
We support all clinical trials conducted globally by Novo Nordisk and operate in the combined field of supply chain management and regulatory requirements within drug development. We always seek to systematically solve our problems, have an eye for the entire business and do our best to deliver despite any obstacles that cross our path.
