About the team

Intelligent Spend Management is one of the key cloud pillars of (COMPANY NAME) which helps organizations transform their procurement functions to become a key business differentiator that drives business innovation and company sustainability. The Business Development team for Northern Europe is looking for a part time student to help work on our strategic growth initiatives for the region in collaboration with sales, solution advisory team, marketing, partner management and the regional COO office. The team covers Nordics, UK, France, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and you will get a great opportunity to experience a truly international and dynamic working environment.

What you'll do:

Position title: (COMPANY NAME) Intelligent Spend Management Intern - Business Development student worker (part time)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

Expected start date: October 2022

In this role, you'll:

* Assist in defining and planning new sales initiatives based on analyses of customers, markets and competitors

* Support the EMEA North Business Development team in the execution of sales initiatives

* Be responsible for completing monthly business development dashboards and reporting

* Identify and communicate best practices around sales campaigns

* Engage with sales team on specific sales program to identify and follow-up on new sales opportunities

* Support the rollout and maintenance of a new sales automation tool (Outreach)

* Become one of our social media advocates

This role is a great way to see first-hand how an international sales organization works and to play an important role in the daily administration of our tools and processes while leveraging your creativity, communications, and analytical skills.

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

We offer an exciting position 10-20 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate studies and exams to the right person who:

* Is in the last year of your bachelor's degree or start of your master's degree

* Has good English written and oral skills and also at least one Nordic language

* Is an experienced user of Excel and flair for software tools

* Has keen interest and good skills within communication

* Likes technology and be excited about how companies use it to innovate

* Is outgoing and proactive - we will teach you what you need to know

(COMPANY NAME) supports flexible work arrangement - balance of work from home and work in the office. Each role is different and the responsible manager needs to make sure that the role is reflecting the specific business need. You would get the most out of the experience if you would to come to the office in Copenhagen - on average 2-3 times a week.
