About the team
The responsibilities of the Strategy & Innovation Offices EMEA North is to engage our GSS customers and top key accounts in innovation and sustainability, and to build and accelerate impactful, long-term relationships to the CxO's of these accounts by executing and supporting a pipeline of strategic initiatives that focuses on customer experience, strengthens our competitive advantage and ensure (COMPANY NAME) is perceived as a digital leader and innovator.
Examples of projects include: customer meetings and executive support, engaging customers in podcasts and vodcasts, keynote opportunities and thought leadership, ERPsim game, study tours, customer specific events, regional events, MU events, co-innovation projects, development of (COMPANY NAME)'s Customer Experience Centers, regional strategy (2025) implementation and governance among many more.

In this role, you'll:
* Admin work such as - but not limited to - planning and coordinating meetings and logistics, managing Chief Innovation Officer's calendar, flawlessly executing expenses and bookings (flights, hotels, restaurants, venues etc).
* Project management - supporting and executing projects (internal/external)
* Stakeholder Management - building strong and powerful relationships (internal/external)
Who you are:
Someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
* University Student who currently enrolled and will be studying during the paid internship
* Attention to detail to ensure that all materials and communication is of the highest standard
Enthusiastic and driven with high interest in learning and new technologies
* Strong project management skills and a 'hands-on' mentality
* Strong team player who loves to connect & collaborate
* Positive hands-on and proactive attitude
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Good skills in Microsoft Office applications - in particular Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be fluent in Danish and English
(COMPANY NAME) supports flexible work arrangement - balance of work from home and work in the office. Each role is different and the manager needs to make sure that the role is reflecting the specific business need.
In this role, you would be required to come to the office in Copenhagen, on average 2 times a week.

You will have the opportunity to travel to our (COMPANY NAME) offices in Spain, meet the teams there and experience what daily work is like at the (COMPANY NAME) Digital Hub. You will get a glimpse of the city, and the possible future career paths that await you in Barcelona.
You will also have an opportunity to develop and present a business project alongside the Digital Hub team.
But this is only the start!
If you decide to take a graduate role at the Barcelona Digital Hub after your internship, you can begin to build your career! After 1-3 years, you can apply to our (COMPANY NAME) Sales Academy and get all the training you need to be part of a Market Unit sales team.
