The Summer Trainee positions at (COMPANY NAME) are now open for applications! We are looking for a trainee to join our HR Services team to work with global mobility topics.

Your responsibilities for the summer

The Global Mobility Summer Trainee works with day-to-day administration in areas of international assignments, relocation and business travel. In addition to global mobility, the job may also include other HR Services task.

In your role, you will

* Coordinate (COMPANY NAME)'s global mobility cases, including planning, execution and maintenance for global assignees and business travel

* Support in queries from candidates and other stakeholders by providing advice on assignment management or relocation matters

* Cooperate with key vendors and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of global mobility processes

* Monitor immigration and mobility compliance and risks

* Maintain tracking and update data concerning international assignments

* Document processes and contribute materials

* Support ad hoc projects from a mobility perspective

* Support the Global Mobility Manager and perform assisting tasks to the HR Services team

You will work closely with different HR functions, employees and managers as well as external vendors and other stakeholders, including authorities.

Your salary will be determined based on the complexity of the task, the skills and experience required for the job, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.

The planned time period of the traineeship is between May and September, 2021. Please indicate your availability in the application letter.

The summer job recruitment process may include a video interview at the pre-selection stage and - if you are invited to participate further in the selection procedure - a face-to face interview. This interview may be arranged virtually due to the pandemic.
