The Summer Trainee positions at (COMPANY NAME) are now open for applications! We are looking for a Summer Trainee to join our Data, Insight and Development team in Brand Marketing unit in Espoo.
The purpose of our team is to deliver insights from data to enable better decision making and to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and communications in a multi-business global environment.
Your responsibilities for the summer job
In your role, you will be supporting us in
* Monitoring and analysing the brand's performance globally
* Evaluating performance of content, campaigns and events
* Sharing the findings through dashboards, reports and visualisations
* Monitoring marketing data flows
* Responding to information requests
You will work closely with marketing and communications professionals across (COMPANY NAME) and its business units. Our work combines accountability, cooperation, agile methods and the desire to develop and renew. Working safely at all times is essential to all of us.

Your salary will be determined based on the complexity of the task, the skills and experience required for the job, your relevant previous working experience and the number of course credits you have from your studies.
The planned time period of the traineeship is May - August 2021.
The summer job recruitment process may include a video interview at the pre-selection stage and - if you are invited to participate further in the selection procedure - a face-to face interview. This interview may be arranged virtually due to the pandemic.
