The mission for this role is to manage various processes related to Administration, Finance, HR and Office Management departments under the CFO's authority. The daily tasks include cash management, accounts receivable and payable, daily administration, HR & Ops, allowing you to gain experience in multiple G&A areas and have a high impact.
The position requires being handson, organized and detail oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal soft skills, enthousiast and energetic, you never back down from any task! You know how to take initiatives and you're self driven. Ability to multi task!
On a daily basis, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
Bank accounts scanning and analysis
Customer Lifecycle and MRR updates
Accounts payable management
Provider account management
Bill collection and registration
On a monthly basis, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
Cash Flow statement
Expense reports validation
Communication with bookkeeper
When necessary you will be handling the following tasks:
CEO's planning management

You are finishing your master 1 or 2 in Business administration, and you are looking for a work/study contract.
Bachelor's degree in accounting &/or business administration
A previous experience in a startup environment would be a serious plus but not mandatory!
Being bilingual (fluent in English & French) you are used to work in English
