Job Description:

We're looking for a dynamic Accounting assistant intern to join our accounting team based in Paris. If you want to join a fast-growing tech start up and rapidly develop your skills by working in a dynamic and international company and team, this opportunity is made for you. In this role, you will work closely with the GL accountants and the Accounting Manager in France as well as the Corporate Accounting team in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be in charge of a wide range of accounting tasks with a focus on AP and cash, more precisely:
* Management of vendor invoices including collecting, verification, and their booking in the accounting system
* Management of travel & expense tools, validating & booking of employees' expense reports in compliance with the company's T&E policy, etc.
* Follow-up on NAVIGO transportation reimbursement to employees
* Clearing and analysis of vendor accounts
* Vendor invoices/ T&E payment processing
* Cash reconciliation
* Follow up of assets and depreciation record
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as necessary including participation in monthly financial closing
REQUIREMENTS
* French: Fluent
* English: Professional (writing and speaking)
* Excellent knowledge in Excel
* Having at least one experience in accounting
* Preparing an accounting/finance related degree
* Rigorousness and perseverance, motivation, teamwork
* Attention to detail, ownership
* Good learning capacity, strong adaptability
* Good analysis capability
