You join the team of the NCIB Human Resources Department, which is looking for a H/F Learning and Development Officer for a 2-year alternation starting in September 2022.
The Human Resources Department supports the front and support functions by providing them with advice and value-added solutions in their various projects and challenges of transformation and skills development.
The main tasks are:
* Analyze training requests, plan training sessions and monitor the fill rate in partnership with our service provider, follow-up training evaluations, i.e. manage training requests in English from A to Z across the scope (nearly 6000 employees concerned).
* Prepare, design and analyze training reports, in particular to support the team's Learning Managers in providing ppt presentations summarizing HR development issues, the main achievements of the year N-1 and ongoing projects, as well as budgetary data.
* Contribute to the preparation, organization and follow-up of L&D actions
* Participate in the creation of communication tools aimed at promoting training initiatives and presenting training processes for HRBP, internal customers, or employees.
* Participate in Learning & Development working groups within (COMPANY NAME)

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You & Beyond... It is above all your personality and your state of mind that interests us. Student level Bac+4/5, you are preparing a Master in Human Resources or Social Management Control. You are proficient in Excel and have a taste for numbers? Can you be rigorous and reliable? Are you autonomous and able to manage priorities, deadlines and deadlines? You have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills? And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English. For this position, you will benefit from a dedicated support in order to give you every chance to succeed in this new mission.
