Job Description

You join our Structured Export Solutions team, which is looking for a Structured Export Solutions Intern, for an internship of 6 months from May 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Participate in origination processes by preparing client pitches to support the team on Export and Commodities Structured Finance transactions;
* Assist in the preparation of reports and various sectoral research;
* Develop presentation files for internal decision-making bodies (due diligence, credit analysis, financial modeling...);
* Contribute to the drafting of financing offers (Term sheet, Letter of Interest);
* Collaborate as a deal team in structuring and executing mandates won by the SES team.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the Bac+4/Bac+5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering), with a solid background in finance.

You possess a sense of teamwork and an ability to evolve in an international environment;
