To reinforce our Financial Control and Consolidation department in Marseille, we are looking for a Global Financial Control & Consolidation Intern who will support the team for the consolidation of almost 500 entities in over 160 countries, with a complex financing and tax structure, and subject to several regulatory environments. Reporting to the Global Financial Control & Consolidation Director, the intern will work in a team of approx. 10 people aiming at providing timely, accurate, compliant, and meaningful financial information for external reporting and management reporting. The position will face multiple challenges in the frame of ongoing M&A integrations. The intern will mainly assist the team with the process improvements on intercompany reconciliation, data crunching, and data quality reviews.

What we are looking for:

Education: Master's degree in finance or accounting (currently enrolled or recently graduated).

Experience: Minimum 3 months of experience in a finance, accounting, or consolidation role.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of IFRS and strong accounting principles.

Tools: Advanced level (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), knowledge of reporting tool (e.g. OneStream or HFM) is a plus

Soft Skills:

* Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.

* Highly organized, structured, and detail oriented.

* Hands-on, can-do attitude, and a proactive self-starter.

Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
