As part of the R&D - Product People Business Partner team, you provide day-to-day support to our managers and employees on key People (HR) initiatives and processes. You also contribute to transversal projects, driving the success of our People strategy and organization.
This internship is a great opportunity to grow and learn from mentors, within a People team that operates at scale for an international leading company.

This internship would include the following duties & projects:

R&D Onboarding - project & support
· Support onboarding organization for R&D and Product new hires : organize sessions, coordinate with Business presenters…
· Project to revamp the current R&D onboarding process: what can be E-learning modules, what need to be live sessions, how to streamline the process
· Drive traction on the different training platforms
· Contribute to the implementation of a Manager Development Program
Internal communications
* Prepare content for the People Newsletter (every 3 months)
· Prepare specific People slides for R&D All Hand presentations (monthly)
Day-to-day HR support to managers & employees - working closely with the People Business Partners on 1 or 2 groups of employees
· Termination process : resignation, exit interviews
· Internal mobility processes
· Answer employee questions related to HR processes, with the support of our People Operations team & the other People Business Partners in the team
Analysis & KPIs
· Survey analysis & action plans (engagement survey, manager survey…)
· Produce monthly KPIs for R&D and Product leaders (headcount, turnover, diversity)

Profile :
* First experience in the HR field or HR degree
* French labor law knowledge
* Good level of English
* Ability to drive and collaborate on transversal projects, in an international environment
* Willingness to grow in a global, rapidly transforming company
* Excellent administrative skills, flexibility, and adaptability to be successful in a rapidly changing and unstructured environment
* Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, technology orientated business a plus
* You are available from Jan 2022 for a 6 months internship in Paris.
