We are looking for a CONTINUOUS AIRWORTHINESS MANAGEMENT PROJECT TRAINEE who will be joining us at (COMPANY NAME) site in BLAGNAC.
This internship is to be filled from DECEMBER 2019 (keep in mind that hiring process takes about 4 months, from the validation of Job Requisition) (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility)
You will be joining the department « FHS CUSTOMER SERVICES OPERATIONS» which activities include delivering tailored packages of maintenance services ranging from FHS-components up to Airframe maintenance and engineering services.
The objective of the internship is to contribute to deployment of methods and tools associated to an internal improvement project.
* Tasks and Responsibilities :
You will be working under the supervision of your manager who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
(COMPANY NAME) Flight Hour Services (FHS) organization defines and delivers tailored packages of maintenance services designed to meet the overall requirements of the customer, ranging from FHS-components up to a Tailored Support Package (TSP).
Considering FHS-TSP scope, a project has been launched to promote an organization which complies with requirements of Annex I / Subpart G of (Part M) Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014.
The populations impacted by the project are spread other more than 5 organisations with a transnational footprint.
This project is close to deployment phase. During Q4 xxx9, trainee will be integrated with project team to contribute to the deliverables of this deployment phase.
The main deliverables are: Exposition manual (equivalent to a CAME document) release, Setup of training modules focused on Part M management, Communication plan to ease deployment and develop team adherence, Risk and Opportunity management deployment.
* Required skills:
You are preparing a diploma level Bac+ 5, in aeronautical domain or equivalent, with specialisation in maintenance and you obtain following competences:
- English: ADVANCED
- French: ADVANCED
- Continuous airworthiness management.
- Fleet Technical Management.
- Communication skills.
* Soft skills:
You are rigorous, curious and autonomous.
You can demonstrate a good interpersonal and communication.
You are able to analyse and synthesize information.
You are able to integrate into a professional team and be a flexible team player.
You can demonstrate skills in project management.
