Brand Creative Content:
* Get involved into the Brand Strategy: brand compass, brand visual guidelines, brand messaging and positioning, advertising campaigns
* Support the development of key communication messages in markets
* Follow-up on project management: packaging development projects (standard packaging, limited editions, …)
* Realize market studies synthesis and competition benchmarks
* Develop a better understanding of consumer centricity, anticipating consumer trends.
* Take an active part into the sustainable transition of your brand.

Market Activation:

The market activation team's main mission is to win the 'Hearts and minds' of local markets to accelerate MPJ global performances. Support the market activation team (Mature or Growth relay markets) in implementing brand development plans for the MPJ in selected markets.
* Support day to day activities with market implementation & management of operational requests from markets
* Support the Market Activation Managers (MAMs) on a selection of marketing projects with key markets (ie: new product launch, Vaps, events…)
* Report market & data analysis and competition benchmark
* Manage monthly review on best practices & key activations
* Work in close relation with the brand team to consolidate and monitor POSM management
* Manage annual event calendar update consolidating all market events.

Brand Portfolio:
* Coordination of internal brand tools dedicated to market companies
* Project management in various areas depending on the priorities such as: packaging and product development, merchandising, development of assets (toolbox) for new product launches etc..
* Realize market studies synthesis and competition benchmarks
* Participate on the follow-up of key markets and brand conquest.

Consumer Insights:
* Contribute to design & implement consumer-centric analyses & research projects, in collaboration with our affiliates abroad, to deepen our understanding of consumers in the Brand's strategic markets, combining both traditional Consumer Insights methodologies and new agile source of data / analytics. Articulate main learnings and implications for the Brand
* Support Brand development projects (i.e. product development, communication, experiences, etc.) with consumer insights at all stages of the project, from strategic intent (embedding key trends & consumer insights to project briefs) to final execution (helping Brand Teams test their ideas and optimize execution with consumer feedback)
* Help Marketing Teams analyze the impact of their initiatives (performance on social networks, impact on brand image, media performance, …), leveraging Pernod-Ricard cutting-edge tools including social listening. Disseminate key learnings within the organization.
Having an experience in consumer insights, social listening or social media is a plus to integrate the Consumer Insights team.

Brand Advocacy:
* Participate on the Strategic Plan Brand to ensure a high level of visibility
* Being a support around the reflexion of the developpement of communication with local champagne or Martell activations
* Monitor & benchmark champagne speech and competitors' actions
* Participate in the creation and development of wine advocacy and education assets
* Realize market studies synthesis and competition benchmarks
* Coordinate and engage the Champagne and Martell Brand Ambassadors community.
As a true member of the Advocacy Team & Brand Homes you will work closely with various internal departments (Markets, AOC, Studio, Head Quarters…), external partners (Wine gurus, medias experts, wine influencers, agencies…) as well as drive markets to ensure consistency & creativity.

Digital Engagement:

Within an international team, support all MMPJ markets (Japan, US, South Africa, …) and contribute to MMPJ digital strategy:
* Be a support on digital content production
* Contribute to social media management and digital toolkits guidelines development
* Create and update project reporting and presentation
* Carry out business and marketing monitoring
* Manage relationships with agencies and markets.

Ultra-Prestige Brand Management:

* Project management in various areas depending on the priorities such as: packaging and product development, service ritual / POSM, development of communication assets for new product launches to meet the needs of our markets, while ensuring new designed offers are well integrated in global Brand strategies and HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals) consumer journey
* Actively participate in briefings and creative development follow up with internal and external partners/talents
* In collaboration with the Prestige Commercial team, support business opportunities identification for NPD exclusive
* Master prestige landscapes and identify best practices providing regular feedback and recommendation (market studies synthesis; competition benchmarks etc).

Skills and qualifications:
* A Master student (Gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university
* You are organized, rigorous, and proactive
* You are dynamic and always eager to learn new things
* You have an excellent command of both written and spoken English (daily use)
* Previous successful marketing/digital/communications experience
* You have an appetite for premium/luxury brands and their universe
* An experience abroad is a plus
