Now, the Activia Global Brand Marketing team is looking for an intern to join us together to accelerate the brand growth as an Assistant Brand Manager in Marketing Innvation from July 2019 to Dec 2019 for 6 months.

MISSIONS   
As part of this position, you will be accountable for :

Manage and support marketing projects related to the brand innovation projects strategy & implementation in collaboration with 2 Marketing Innovation Managers in function of two key responsibilities :
  - Collaborate actively to the marketing strategy, marketing innovation and transform strategies to tangible marketing initiatives implementation;
  and support to provide a clear understanding of consumer insights, market trends, competitor benchmarks and business performance drivers.
  - You will touch all the strategic perspectives for international brand innovation management. In the morning you might be working on which design fits the best for Japanese consumers and in the afternoon, you are brainstorming how to ignite the growth by helping to reshape an innovation project in Brazil.
  - You will learn how to navigate projects within a huge brand under a complex yet international context. You might finish one call with Mexico about their newest problem on a product launch and shortly join a meeting with the flavor experts who has unlimited budget to travel around the world to show you the latest ingredient trend and flavors for food.
  - You must want to root your feet on the ground as much as you want to reach your hands to the sky as your work will be as executional as possible yet as strategic as possible the same time. You might pack and mail the final chosen packaging material for a new product to Poland and get back immediately to finish a presentation on a new Activia marketing concept that soon will be presented to the VP   

PROFIL   

* Etudiant(e) Bac+4/5 issu(e) d'une formation d'ingénieur, école de commerce ou universitaire.
  The candidate should have strong passion for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/ FMCG) and brand management; and have the enthusiasm to embrace the challenges from working for the biggest fresh dairy brand in the world.
  * CPG experience preferred
  * Strong project management skills (could be from school or from work) with a detail-oriented mind-set
  * Fast learner with basic marketing knowledge
  * Creative, proactive thinking, and can do attitude
  * Analytical skills and strategic thinking with complex & noisy information
  * Organizational skills, able to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
  * Autonomy, able to work independently and drive the project progress
  * Ability to work and build relationships with a crowd of high diversity
  * At ease to work in an international environment
  * MS office (advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point)
  * English fluent and other language(s) is a plus

This role will offer the candidate one of the most international working experience in one of the most dynamic multinational companies in Paris.
