Come and join our team as a Business Developer - Junior - Private Healthcare Institutions! xxxx6;

To support its strong growth, (COMPANY NAME) wants to structure and strengthen its Private Healthcare Institutions sales team.
In the context of National Funding program "Segur de la Santé", (COMPANY NAME) is aiming to support Private Hospitals through digital solutions. Within the team, you will be at the heart of the company's strategy and one of the key people to develop the business with the following objectives :
- To upsell on-going partnership deals
- To develop incoming opportunities arising from Le Ségur de la Santé
- To sell the newest (COMPANY NAME) Platform

Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition of the strategy to approach our customers
- Identify, make contact and sell to key stakeholders within targeted institutions (RamsaySanté, Elsan, Vivalto Santé, etc.)
- Develop your customer portfolio. You are the first point of contact for the general management of these targeted institutions
- Strongly develop and maintain your network by participating in events (conferences, fairs, etc)
- Go on-site and be an ambassador for (COMPANY NAME) and its values to multiple stakeholders
- Report your sales activity and your pipeline through our internal tools
- Ensure a permanent market watch, as well as a customer/prospect watch

Requirements
xxxx7;You have a business background and you have a first experience in a position with similar responsibilities (permanent contract, work-study contract, long internship), ideally related to health professions, or professions with an institution dimension
xxxx3;Apart from being a sales person, you are interested in developing your project management skills, as well as healthcare industry knowledge. You have a particular interest in the healthcare/hospital world
✍xxx9;You have excellent negotiation skills, good business acumen and excellent oral and written communication skills
⚽xxx9;Your organizational skills allow you to manage long term sales deals and you are able to work as a team in a result-oriented culture
xxxx3;You know how to adapt your speech to various stakeholders (directors, project managers, institutional players) and you are not afraid to go on-site
