Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and processes
* Maintain and update employee documentation and personnel records (digital and paper-based)
* Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, reference letters, and certificates
* Contribute to and help organize the onboarding process for new employees
* Take ownership of smaller HR projects, such as improving processes or supporting People & Culture initiatives
* Support the planning and execution of internal events or engagement activities
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR processes and tools
Candidate Profile
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory requirement - active enrollment)
* Strong interest in gaining practical experience in Human Resources, ideally within the healthcare or medical device industry
* Initial experience in HR or a related area is a plus, but not required
* Motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn and a positive, "can-do" mindset
Skills & Competencies
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently, structured, and reliably
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment
* High level of professionalism, reliability, and discretion
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
* Interest in topics such as recruiting, employee experience, and HR processes
