By taking a completely new approach to autonomous driving, (COMPANY NAME) aims to launch the first driverless fleet on European public streets.

The role:

At (COMPANY NAME), we put a high emphasis on quality in all phases of the product life-cycle. As Quality Managment Intern, you will make sure we are following the latest best practices to stay ahead of the industry standards by following automotive-wide quality standards and methods. You will be part of a small but growing development team and will have the chance to work on innovative and challenging mobility solutions.

Requirements

The responsibilities:

* Supporting on development of the (COMPANY NAME) Quality Management System including development and implementation of quality control measures, inspection of products at various stages of the process, writing reports, and document product issues.

* Elaborating, in cooperation with other (COMPANY NAME) teams, of our quality processes in order to get acceptance by management and 3rd parties with a focus on developing the process, adequate management processes, and work-labor processes.

* Driving the quality assurance processes as well as the development of work instructions and related check-lists etc.

* Development of a product development maturity model, e.g. product life-cycle management.

* The entire product development process will include engineering processes and supporting processes in line with Automotive SPICE(A), security, privacy, compliance processes, and legal requirements such as homologation or road traffic regulations.

* Support and improve processes with external partners, customer relations management, sales, marketing, and supplier management.

The profile:

* You are familar with methods such as PDCA cycles, iterative processes e.g. agile development, and risk management.

* Good communication skills (German and English language is required)

* First experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) according to ISO 9001 and IATF 1xxx9

* Quality assurance with a focus on software quality (e.g. life-cycle approaches e.g. ISO 1xxx7 or ISO 1xxx8)

Nice to haves:

* Engineering education

* First experience with Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban, Safe, etc.)

* Experiences with Methods like Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, 8d-reporting

* Experiences with supplier management and/ or customer relations management.
