Your tasks
Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.08.2026:

* Support in planning, organizing and implementing projects
* Carrying out research and preparing information and results
* Analysis and evaluation of data to support project decisions
* Preparation of presentations, reports and other project documents
* Assistance in coordinating appointments, meetings and workshops
* Collaboration with administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
* Close collaboration with various teams and contacts to ensure smooth processes
* Support in optimising processes and developing project management methods

Your profile
You are studying business administration, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Strong team spirit and pleasure in working together
* Strong communication skills and clear language
* High level of initiative and proactive way of working
* Safe use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong analytical thinking skills for problem solving
* Structured organizational talent and efficient time management
* Excellent presentation skills and clear presentation of content
* Basic understanding of project management methods

Nice-to-have Skills
* High willingness to learn and curiosity
* First practical experience (e.g. through internships or part-time jobs)
* Good English language skills
* IT affinity
