What you´ll do

In this role, you will help deliver impactful customer marketing content. You will support a team of marketing professionals who work with (COMPANY NAME) Signavio customers worldwide to collect and promote customer stories as well as conduct related activities.

The Working Student Customer Marketing (COMPANY NAME) Signavio Solutions (f/m/d) plays a crucial role in growing the (COMPANY NAME) Signavio customer community, creating advocates, and producing actionable reference stories that help increase brand and product awareness, generate demand, and accelerate sales pipeline.

Typical responsibilities and tasks include:

* Contribute to the collection and documentation of customer success stories that reflect the benefits and values they achieved with (COMPANY NAME) Signavio solutions

* Support the internal and external promotion of customer success stories, including creation and maintenance of web page content

* Maintain an internal intranet page that promotes the latest customer-related insights including customer success assets and customer speaking engagements

* Help to meet the customer marketing and reference needs of the business - especially of sales, customer engagement and senior executives.

* Be a part of global project teams and contribute to the development and success of marketing content and campaigns

What you bring

* Student (f/m/d) in marketing, communications, business economics or similar study subject

* High interest in business process management, sales, marketing, and community building

* Proficiency with MS Office applications

* Strong verbal and written English communication skills. German is a plus.

* Existing experience from previous internships / working student roles; work assignments abroad are a plus

* Cross-cultural sensitivity, strong team spirit and can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively in a virtual, diverse team

* Available for at least six months
