Customer Service Specialist
We manage customer service & help desk for our clients in the US, CA & EU. As a customer service specialist, your primary responsibilities will be as follows.
* Respond to customer's emails & phone calls.
* Escalate urgent issues.
* Prepare logs of reported issues
* Ensure speedy resolution
* Deliver a delightful customer experience
* Work hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
* Work days: 6 days/week
We are looking for candidates with fluent spoken English, good computer & internet knowledge and friendly demeanor. An idea candidate must have:
* Excellent Spoken & Written English
* Excellent communication skills
You must be a self-motivated team player.
During your internship with us, you will be working with 7-8 clients from different industries & regions. Its an exceptional learning experience.
You will also enjoy a lot of free time during the work day. We encourage you to pursue your studies, casual reading etc during this free time.
