WHAT YOU'LL DO

Position title: (COMPANY NAME) iXp Intern within Customer Renewals Center

Location: Dublin/Virtual

Expected start date January 2022

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL ASSIST IN THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES

Renewal Execution :

* You will gain the knoweldge in (COMPANY NAME) CRM & Harmony Quote functionality (Opportunity & Quote)

* Gain the knowledge in forecasting principles, methodologies, and triggers

* Learn all internal process-related phases of renewals

* Collaborate with CRC internal customers (ie. Account Executives (AE), Customer Engagement Executives (CEE), Customer Success Partners (CSP), etc.)

Programs, Insights, & Efficiencies Team

* Contribute towards continuous development of organization

* Prepare and support the preparation of enablement materials ensuring consistent formats are followed and status is clear

* Help to build a new knowledge base for CRC

* Organize unstructured data sources to support business insights (FAQ, processes, presentations, videos)

* Support the team in customizing enablement resources using a variety of (COMPANY NAME) applications and dashboards

* Help to create a new website as CRC public presence in (COMPANY NAME). Ideally have an interest in web design

* We promote a culture of open dialogue and continuous improvement; in this role we encourage you to voice your feedback to drive improvements within the business

WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

* To apply for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in an academic institution majoring in Business/ Digital Design

* Proficient knowledge of English language essential.

* Experience in working within teams of varying sizes and abilities through university or workplace

* Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to quickly learn new concepts, tools, processes and technologies

* Strong business acumen

* Demonstrable strong interpersonal, persuasive and influencing skills
