What you'll do

Position title: (COMPANY NAME) CoE Global Communications iXp Intern

Location: Dublin/Virtual

In this role, you'll:

Engage with various stakeholders to support communications and employee engagement for (COMPANY NAME)'s Global Center of Expertise (CoE) programs and initiatives.

* Help drive the change management process for new topics in the organization by creating communications collateral:

o Carry out interviews, write articles, and emails for a regional and global CoE audience (employees and managers)

o Create and post social media content for strategic communications campaigns to both internal and external sites (including newsletter, customer and employee success articles, various employer branding initiatives)

o Develop the Global CoE brand that is leveraged internally and externally

o Create video content to support and document several initiatives

o Coordinate and moderate internal events

You will have the opportunity to:

* Work hand-in-hand with our Center of Expertise Communications on strategic projects

* Be an active part a truly global team and contribute actively to Communications Projects

* Learn about how global programs are communicated within a large, multinational company and what internal and external employer branding means

* Create and develop new communications initiatives and ideas

* Understand how a multinational company is organized and what role communications plays

* Obtain insight into what kind of opportunities are available for careers in a large company

About the team

The Center of Expertise (CoE) organization is responsible for helping our customers 'run better' and support End-to-End (COMPANY NAME) implementations.

Our Global CoE Communications strategy aims to connect, engage, inspire, and inform all CoE colleagues. We're communicating cross-channel as well as internal and external through multi-media opportunities and are always looking for a new innovative way to engage with the organization.

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

* Please be aware that only students actively enrolled during the time of the internship can be considered for this position.

* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, English, Graphic Design or another related subject

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Word

* Experience with video creation and editing is a plus

* Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills in English

* Ability to process content from different sources and identify conflicting statements

* Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills

* Displaying professionalism and strong communication skills with both the Global CoE Leadership team and all employees

* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, eager to learn
